紫花亚菊(Ajania purpurea)的组织培养与快速繁殖

摘 要:

以紫花亚菊茎段为外植体对其进行组织培养, MS为基本培养基, 设置不同激素浓度配比, 对试验结果进行观察分析, 筛选出适合的配方: 启动培养基为MS+6-BA 0.5 mg•L-1+NAA 0.01 mg•L-1; 继代培养基MS+6-BA 0.3 mg•L-1+NAA 0.05 mg•L-1, 组 培苗分化率高; 不定根最适诱导培养基为: 1/2MS+IBA 0.15 mg•L-1, 生根率达90%以上, 组培苗移栽成活率达95%。

Abstract:

The tissue culture technology of Ajania purpurea was studied in this research. Stem-segments of Ajania purpurea were used as explants. Bud formation on the nodal explants was induced on an optimal medium MS+6-BA 0.5 mg·L-1+NAA 0.01 mg·L-1. To get a high propagation ratio, the seedlings were transferred to the medium of MS+6-BA 0.3 mg·L-1+NAA 0.05 mg·L-1. The optimal medium for adventitious root inducing was 1/2MS+IBA 0.15 mg·L-1 and the rooting rate was at least 90%. The plantlets were transplanted to pots with sands and acclimated for several weeks. The rooted and acclimated plantlets were transferred outdoors with 95% transplantation success.
